A freeware program meant for processing of photographs, as the name implies. Apart from basic image operations, such as size change, scissoring, mirror imaging etc., the program provides a very large collection of filters.

The list of filters contains basic modifications, such as change of brightness, contrast, saturation, photo coloring or gamma, as well as slightly more imaginative effects, for instance watercolor, ink, puzzle, sketch or pointillism. In total, there are more than 100 filters and effects to choose from, however that is not all. Filters may be applied to chosen areas. Marking them is possible using preset shapes (rectangle, rhombus, ellipsis, triangle?) or manually. The PhotoMasque tool allows creation of interesting vignettes and transparencies on the photographs. Additional basic drawing tools are also available.

A major advantage is the support of all of the most popular graphic formats, including EPS, TIFF, PSD (Adobe Photoshop format) and PSP (Paint Shop Pro format). One should notice the possibilities to export images into GIF format as 16, 256 or 16 million color icons.
