QuickTime

QuickTime is a popular multimedia player, created by the Apple company for Windows and Mac OS systems.

It allows audio/video playback of Internet-streamed files. It supports the H.264 format as well as different surround sound standards, enabling multimedia playback in very good quality. What is crucial, QuickTime automatically analyzes the Internet connection bandwidth, providing watching materials in the best quality possible without fear of the uplink breaking up, long buffering etc. From the program level, we have access to e.g. trailers and parts of the latest movie productions.

Simple playback setting options allow increasing or decreasing playback speed, useful when viewing large amounts of multimedia.
